Clark and Daniel Ltd were contracted by Paragon Interiors Plc to perform a delapidations clean on this 360 000ft warehouse on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.
From the roof cladding to the block paving our remit covered the full clean. The exterior panelling had a steam clean, all PPC window frames were restored. The truck yard had a comprehensive steam, removing oil staining. We removed all tyre marks from the warehouse slab, cleaned all block paving and car park areas and, due to the high volume of electrical points within the warehouse, vacuummed all ducting, sheeting rails, purlins and cladding plus all affiliated steel work. Clark and Daniel Ltd also carried out a full post build and sparkle clean.
